nicepage don´t save my website (help)

Dear Sir or Madam,

i have a problem, namely the website is not saved and I can only open it on one device. When I try to access the website under "My Sites" I can't find it there.

Please help me with the problem, because I need the website very urgently and have tried very hard. Many thanks in advance.

Are you using the same account or different?! Do you use Nicepage Desktop app and Online Builder? Please elaborate more on that.
Take note, that there’s no synchronization between Nicepage Desktop app and Online Builder. For the Desktop app you can access your project under different accounts, but in the Online Builder you need the same account to access your project.
