Hello! The problem from version to version of the application for windows: in the header there is a button to start a phone call and its font differs significantly in size between the application and the site. On a 27" site, it becomes small for a smartphone. In the screenshot, we show what we see and how we deal with this shortcoming.

Can you please provide your project? You can set the font sizes in the Theme Settings.

CPU: intel core i3-2370M 2,4 ghz
RAM 4gb.
OS - windows 7 max SP1
Zooming made: CTR+scroll mouse; three buttons for managing the working (current) window in the upper right corner; in the "minimize window" position (middle icon) I drag the edge with the mouse and resize it.
