js files to html export

Can I copy the js script and the nicepage.js file from my preview page to my exported html file so that I can fix the fail to load errors, as when i export the code, the js files seem to not be downloading with the project? i was able to copy the script files and do it. im just not sure if that will be a copyright issue or plagiarism situation...
