Upgrading, a bit confused, Online Licence expires after one year? So, what is the lifetime' category? Also, if I decide i need 50 sites vs. 5 sites. Will the cost of upgrading to Pro' be offset. Or, do I have to pay the entire cost of a Pro License?

The license is lifetime, upgrades for a year. When you need 50 sites you can pay for the difference.
