  1. I want a WordPress site, but I need to convert a previous HTML site to WP. Do you have to tool to do that.
  2. When will you have chat to support your customers. That is the advantage of Hostgator and others.

1) Unfortunately, there is no way to import HTML sites to Nicepage (both the desktop app and the WP plugin). The only thing you can do is to try to recreate your HTML site in Nicepage from scratch and export the theme and the content to WordPress.

2) We provide our support only here, in our support system. Usually, we respond within 1-2 business days. Anyway, we will consider your suggestion.
