Nicepage 4.10.5 Update

I updated my Nicepage to the latest version 4.10.5 and and am having trouble with adding images, saving images and downloading pages. Is there anyway to fix these issues because I am in the middle of updating a (html) website but cannot download the entire site without these issues? Thank you.
