Ask a Question

Hi, I'm on the trial version of nicepage. The files fokder holds currently approx. 580 MB. Uploading new images to files folder ends with the message "Can:upload more than 10 MB".
Is the files folder somewhat limited? If yes, in all versions of nicepage?
If no, which version should I purchase to get rid of this problem.

Hello,

That is true, you cannot upload a file to the editor which is more than 10 MB size.
This condition of the editor is the same for all users and licenses.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Anna T, thank you for your quick response.

You might want to look at the screenshot of the current state of my files folder. In fact, there are some files bigger than 10 MB.
The "can't upload" message appeared when the files folder increased to approx. 580 MB.
The question is how to integrate videos other than youtube.
The workaround for me was to a link to the specific file, which is then copied to files folder (so far so good).
Got a hint how to handle mp4 files other than youtube?

Hello Peter,

Thank you for joining our Nicepage family, and sorry in advance for the delay with reply.

There are no limits for the max folder size for desktop application. But there are limits for files upload directly in the desktop editor. Are you managed to upload the files which are more than 10MB directly with the editor?
As a workaround you can upload files to external cloud or server and put the link to the files, in that case the size would not be limited.
