Desktop App has become super slow

Not sure if this has anything to do with the recent set of updates but the app has gotten considerably slow. Publishing takes several minutes, auto save is taking time, making small changes clicking between items takes several seconds.

I was reading online and it seems this has been an issue from years ago. I can't compare since I am a new user. It seemed to work fast enough when I was using it in free mode before I upgraded.

Is there anything that can be done to make the app work faster? Thanks!

Hi, Nick,

There can be a lot of reasons for the slow work of the Desktop app. Clarify please, does it happen only with one Project or with all of them? In the first case, please create a private case and attach the Project so we could check. Please also create a new empty Project and test it. Will the result be the same?

Will it work faster if you turn off all other programs and apps, and disable an antivirus with a firewall? Maybe your computer doesn't have enough RAM. Nicepage can also work slowly if you have a lot of Elements and media on your pages.

Anyway, any additional information will be very helpful for us.

I know this problem. It always happens to me when I'm working on big projects. It is best to close all other programs when working with Nicepage. Then Nicepage will run smoother.

I have the same problem, when opening a project, changing pages within the project, viewing a project in any browser, only seems to be good when exporting.
