this happened several times
Free site once uploaded -disallows ANY changes
I simply needed to add 1 image and correct one spelling, on an already (free) uploaded page
But I get an Auto default popup that says sorry you already have one site. You have to go premium...
Export the Project file as a backup.
Delete the online site to make space and publish again.

For the Free Starter Plan only allows to publish 1 website. To make any changes on your website, unpublish it, make editings and republish again.
Try it now and attach the screenshot of the issue if it's appears again.

I found the Best and easiest Solution was to duplicate the site and then remove the original site... Then make changes to the duplicate site and publish. Thank you

Unpublish the original site, make changes and republish should work.
