Version 2 that would allow it is not supported.
Version 3 is, which gives Google the flitering.
If you want to control the form, consider a third party html embed.

Hi, basically it is possible with manual changes, but I highly recommend to implement this feature in builder directly, as the manual change is too complicated.
I heard the feature is also on wishlist.
