You are using the Desktop app.
After you make changes, to update the website online, you need to publish again.
If you are using Nicepage host, press Publish/Export at the top right, then choose Web, and then Publish.
If you are using your own host, you would need to press html, WP or Joomla, and publish to your host.

Unpublish deletes the site from the host.
Or you can make the changes you need, and then if using the Desktop, Export to Web, or if using the online web app, click Publish & Export to update the site.

wher do i have to ask to unpublish and what will happen
wil it be possible to republish with the modifications.

If you want to unpublish, click your name at the top right, look under My Sites.
You can unpublish there.
