How do I turn the edit module on frontend

If you can't delete a template. To uninstall/delete a template go to: Extensions>> Manage>> Manage>> Select template to be deleted-> Select 'Uninstall'.
For other cases provide screenshots for your issue.

Well actually, I can't delete any templates from Joomla, any ideas?

It also gets stuck in a old template in the editor, although I guess if I manage to delete it, it won't...

OK, but that's not what I asked, is there a way to turn it off? I want to be able to see it properly and make sure it's all lined up while I edit. I never use it.

This option should not appear for the visitors that are not logged into the site backend so do not worry about that, this is just a Joomla tool to make the editing easier for the site administrator.
