Hi Michael,
Whenever I create a new page with the builder and publish it, it is not live.
Do you see that it is published under the Page settings in WP? Have you included this page in the menu so it could be accessible on your site?
Furthermore, I always have to push the button "Create new page" to get to the online builder.
You can access the editor from the already created page using the Pages menu in WP, open the page created with Nicepage and press Edit with Nicepage.
Please let me know if that does not help, in this case provide more details and a screenshot of the error message if needed.
