When I try upload plugin .zip in word press return this:

What can I do?

Please check your server settings, quick check via WP dashboard >> Tools >> Site Health >> Server

We recommend also checking the values -
max_execution_time 120 (recommended)
max_input_time 60 (recommended)
memory_limit 512M (recommended)

Any adjustments needed to be done in the file php.ini, please contact your hosting if you would need help to make changes.

Please check your admin panel after the changes are done and let us know.
