Try logging out and back in.
If you have a license, it should work, but you need to make sure nothing else is published since you'll need to delete anything already there.

yes but i want publish this site, i have it in application.. and when i click on publish it wrote me to get premium because i have uploaded one site.. already...

You are using the online builder.
Go into the site settings and you should be able to choose a URL to publish to.
Look at the graphic I attached.
Uncheck the box at the bottom to get rid of the ad.
Then the Publish button should get it online.

If you click on your name at the top right of the browser under your name, you will see My Sites.
Click Unpublish next to it to make room for a new one.
Also, open the desktop app and click Publish.
See if there's a site there you can unpublish, but if there was, you should be able to see it online.

and I bought Personal license right now.. how can I delete (Website Mockup created with HTML Website Builder.) From down of the site!

I did it and still cant publish my new site...

You will need to delete any sites online, whether there using the online web app or the desktop app to make room for the site you want to upload.
If you click on your name at the top right of the browser under your name, you will see My Sites.
If you don't need any of them delete them to make room for the one you want.

I cant publish my site because I can have only one. Can I delete previous site that was jus a test
