Ask a Question

I'm learning about NicePage and will buy a license soon if it suits my work (it seems so).
There is something I don't understand.
- Right now to do my tests,
- I use a Facebook connection.
- I have two computers and use the Mac application.
- You recognize me as "Stefane"
BUT
By launching one or the other of my computers… I don't have the same website.
It's not synchronized?

I thought I could work on my Computer 1, then when I'm telecommuting, work on my Computer 2 but? I can't find my site?
Thanks in advance

Hello Stefane.
When you build a website with Nicepage Desktop, it is stored locally on your computer.
However, there is still a way to continue working on your project on another device. You can export your website as a Nicepage project file. When you import this file to another computer, you can continue working on your project.
I hope I could help you. I have been working with Nicepage for a year and I am very satisfied.
Greetings from Europe.

Save the Project file, and either email it to yourself, copy to a flash drive, or put it into an online folder.

But then [if I understood correctly]
Instead of using the desktop version, wouldn't it be better to use the online version as well?
Maybe it is less efficient? Less practical? Is there a reason there is a desktop version?

Bandwidth.
Other than downloading new components as they are added, it's probably more responsive using the desktop.
