Bonjour, depuis ce matin, impossible de lancer mon nicepage dekstop. quand je lance aucune réaction. J'ai des projet dessus et je crains de le réinstaller. Car dans ce cas , pourrais je retrouver mes projets ?

Hi,

OK, for testing, please try to disable all antivirus and firewall software and check whether Nicepage will be launched or not.

Also, try to do the following: right-click on the Nicepage icon, select Properties, then go to Compatibility, and select Windows 7 or Windows 8.

Non il n'ya pas de messages d'erreurs. mais une capture d'écran ne servirais a rien vu qu'il ne se passe rien. je n'ai mener aucune action differentes de ce que je fais d'habitudes.

ça ne marche toujours pas. après avoir télécharger le logiciel et l'avoir lancer, toujours même effet. impossible de le lancer.

Hi,

After what actions has this issue appeared? Did you do something with your PC? Anyway, try to reinstall the Nicepage app. Despite all Projects are not removed after deleting the app, make the backup: just copy the Documents/Nicepage folder and paste it elsewhere. After doing these actions, let us know about the result.

Reboot your computer.
Right click the Nicepage icon and "run as administrator."
Any error messages?
Make a copy of your Documents\Nicepage folder and all its contents just in case until you find out what's going on.
