That box is Version 2 which isn't supported.
Version 3 is, so there should be an icon graphic at the bottom right of your site, which is handled by Google.

Please check this article and make sure that you are using the reCaptcha v3 keys. They do not add an additional checkbox, this version works differently. If you see the reCaptcha badge in the bottom right corner of the published site, then it works correctly.
