Unfortunately, in Nicepage there's no such possibility to export directly to Google Coud Web hosting unless it has an access through FTP.

But in the Preferences you can chose the Google drive or any other cloud to store your projects and Backup folders.

I have a domain from Google
Do I need to purchase any hosting from any hosting company to publish this website?

You can use any host.
Nicepage, Google or anyone else that offers it.
Then point your domain to the host.

How can i use nicepage as a host. Is that included as part of my package or do I need to upgrade?

It depends on what plan you have.

I have the business plan.
So I can host it on Nicepage.io and link my google domain ?
In this way I dont need to purchase hostgator for hosting ?

Business plan allows 3 hosted sites that you can point your domain to.
Publish your site to Nicepage hosting.

You don't need to pay for separate hosting unless you need more than 3 sites.
