Hello

We had a catastrophic loss of our server and website backups. We have been able to import published sites using HTTRACK
https://www.httrack.com/ . Basically, HTTRACK mirrors the cache, and places all the files accordingly.

This works on all other sites for some reason except yo0urs. It is stating that there is no cache to mirror. Please advise on importing website

Where was your server exactly and how it’s happened? From where you want to import the Nicepage website? What about the project in the Nicepage Desktop app?! Did you manage to make the backup of your website in the app?
As we’ve noticed the software that you mentioned in your message above was released back in 2017. Unfortunately, we were not able to test the compatibility with Nicepage.

Sadly, you are wrong about my release. I just installed 4.7.1 Look-up Invoice 23477686.

Now that we have established and resolved this issue, maybe I can get some assistance. Its good to know I can't count on tech support past my license expiration.
