Field Headings for Checkbox and Radio Group fields

I can't seem to find a way to label a radio group or checkbox group. Showing a form with various choices, without being able to explain the context of those choices is a serious drawback.

For example, I have a radio group with choices such as: Business Owner, Manager, Employee; but I have no way to label this radio group with a heading such as: What is your role in the organization?

For the Checkbox and the Select options, there's a possibility to change the lable:

What you pointed out in the graphic is that you can change the wording in the CHOICE associated with the checkbox. What I'm referring to is a LABEL above a COLLECTION of checkboxes.

For example, if I ask a question that can be answered by selecting multiple checkboxes, I want to be able to show this collection below a heading of some sort. I am surprised that there doesn't appear to be any way to simply place TEXT (not a text box, but static text) on a form.
