I can´t import a project

Log out and back in and try again.

Thanks for being our customer!

With the Personal license, you can have only 1 site in the Nicepage Online dashboard. If you already have a site there, you will not be allowed to add or import a new site. If you need to import a site, export an existing site as a Project (so you could import it back), and import the desired site to Nicepage Online.

Please note that you can have up to 5 sites in the Nicepage Desktop dashboard.

Hello Paul,
Thanks for your explanation which seems to me absolute logical to explain the problem. But according to that then i don't understand the following: i created my site using the desktop app, then i published it to a nicepage subdomain. But now i can't see or work on it in the online builder. And that was the cause for my tries to import the site. But i asume according to your explanation that should be possible. Or did i understand you wrong??

Hi Stefan,

The site created and published from the desktop application can be further edited only from the desktop application and not in the online builder. So please open the desktop app, edit the site and publish it again.
