I'm making a website and everything was running fine, on the PC everything is fine. Then I thought it really was. When I finished I went to view it on my cell phone, it was all wrong there. Then when I went to fix my cell phone, I was messing with the PC view. How do I ensure good views on PC and mobile?

Start on the left/desktop and move from left to right/mobil making changes as needed.
It's not supposed to change things to the left, but sometimes does.
If that happens, select the block and press Reset and try again.
