Design Templates/Resources not loading

I'm trying to import the Templates provided by the nice page to reuse them. But it shows (Loading Resource) but templates is not getting loaded

Please try to switch off antivirus applications, Firewall, and other programs that can influence the Internet connection.

All the firewall options are off, still I'm unable to use the pre-designed templets form (10,000+ Designs) category
