Please describe your actions step by step when you export your site as HTML.
According to your screenshot, it seems like you are choosing the wrong directory to export your Template as HTML. Please choose the other one besides your project folder to save HTML files.

Hello Anna,
I can't save or export the project i always get the same error about some "temp" file.
when I updated the program I was unable to make the backup due to alleged problems on the permissions of the folder, I tried to change the destination folder to rule out problems on one drive.

It's OneDrive that's probably causing the problem since it's trying to sync online.
Try saving to an actual Documents\Nicepage folder on your PC, and make sure that folder is pointed to in your Profile and try again.

Ok, i just change the project folder in preferences menu and everything work well.
