Repetitive error messages/non-existant .tmp file

I'm hoping someone can help resolve this irritating problem.

I am getting repetitive error messages when starting the programme, opening existing sites, importing or exporting project files. The message always refers to a .tmp file in a directory path that does not exist. I have done nothing to the program (v4.6.4) in the last month, although I have run CCleaner as a routine task to clear out gunk and tidy up the Windows registry.

Three examples of the error messages are attached.

Any help is much apprecaited.

If this issue persists, try to run the Nicepage app with administrator rights.

UPDATE:
I seem to have gotten around the problem by directing the program to a different folder containing the project files.

I'll update this post should I get similar problems.

I completely removed the Nicepage folder and uninstalled the program using Revo Uninstaller Pro to remove all the associated files.

I then downloaded v.4.6.5 and now I have a different error - see attached - "Access denied for Documents folder". Clicking 'OK' just closes everything down ...

So I turned off Windows Defender (as suggested; not clever) and get the same message.

I now cannot access the program at all.

Hi, David,

Please try to delete the Documents/Nicepage folder (before that, make backups of your Projects), and reinstall the app. After doing this, please let us know about the result.

Update:
Now, while on a page, it appears to be trying to save the file, but has stuck so no other pages can be loaded. Having to use Task Manager to forcibly close Nicepage ...
