Ability to Close Ticket issues

Wishlist

Hello,

I am sorry that I am submitting so many issues as I work with the product. However, some of my issues seem to be addressed.

It would be nice if I could have a toggle/button to close them out so they do not display. However, I would like to retain them in an archive tab so I can go back and reference them in the future.
