perhaps if i understand well you are using personal or free otherwise might be a bug

We can see that you use a Nicepage Personal License, please note that a Personal License allows you to have up to 5 websites on your Dashboard at the same time.
You could export and delete your created website and start to develop a new one, please be assured that you export your website as a project to have a possibility to edit your website in the future.
If still some moments are not clear enough please tell us and we will provide all information needed.

I would first log out and back in and check.

atsdesignsolutions, you have published 20 websites from the Desktop app. That's why you can't add a new site to the Online Builder https://nicepage.com/Editor/Siteboard/#/dashboard.
