The link attached doesn't show the reverse scroll.. But basically, just imagine two columns scrolling at the opposite direction as you scroll down or up a page.
So there's one with the columns scrolling on opposite direction as you scroll through a page, and another where rhe columns scroll at different speeds.
So there could be a 4 grid or more column and selected columns scroll at an opposite direction of the website scroll while also having the parallax effect.
Also, fixing objects by padding distance on a particular section... This allows a show of options with same heading/title.

Fixed column scroll. Shows how one area can be fixed while the other scrolls until it scrolls through the section.
