I suppose that your issue is related to the fact that your website is not secure. Browsers may not allow sending emails from insecure websites. You can ask your hosting provider concerning the SSL certificate and how to get it (it makes your website secure).

is this configurtion correct? I saw URL box starting with the following sign (#) I removed this sign and i put this: https://keeplean.lu
thank to help me I am really getting lost (by the way I can not find youtube video about contact forn)
