The cookies should only appear once and not every time you click on a page on the same website. I sent you a screenshot, did you look at it?

On your video, it is just the browser preview. For the browser preview, this is normal behavior because the site is offline and it cannot collect cookies. Your live website does not have any issues with the Cookies Popup.

the cookie popup appears despite "accept" every time.

it seems there is no cookie created

I was not aware of this? Cookies are not created if no ssl is activated?

Yes, browsers do not let collect cookies from websites without the SSL certificate. After getting this certificate for your website, the cookies popup should appear once.
