Ask a Question

hi,

I used nicepage desktop, I really like it, it offers very nice features but there is a problem. It uses a lot of processor power and increases as you continue to use it. Over time, the program becomes very slow, even a simple drag operation becomes painful and inoperable. If you solve this problem as soon as possible, I may consider buying premium.
by the way my system is fine
i7 6700hq
1gb ssd
16gb ram
960m vga
thanks...

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. It should not be that slow. Could you please try to close all the other heavy applications on your computer, reload Nicepage and try once again.
Let me know the exact operations that are taking maximum time. Also if possible, record a short video showing the issue.
Also does the issue happen with a specific project or with any of them?

I have a 32GB RAM, i9 and SSD and experience the same issue, it grind to a halt and chews through CPU and RAM.

I have tried closing every application and just have Nicepage running, but that does not change it. I love the program, but some days I want to throw it out and I have the Premium Pro account, it makes no difference.

Hi,

The browser inside the Desktop application needs to rebuild the page once you change the page HTML structure (add, move, etc). This process requires CPU resources. The more complex the page, the more CPU time it requires. Therefore, if other processes require CPU time, this may cause performance problems with Nicepage.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
