Please do, this is a somewhat important feature that's required for forms, any workarounds for the time being? to add a title to those radio buttons

Maybe you could use the Select control for now and choose it to be shown as a List option. You can add a label for this control.

I am needing this badly as well. I'm not sure why this is a wish. It should be standard that every action on the form has the option for a label or instruction
