2 layout questions : hover and overlay

Hi,

Thanks for your comments. There is no option to add an overlay action for the hover state. We'll add your suggestion to our wishlist.
You can add an overlay for the Image, use the Shading option in the right panel. There is no such option for the whole section. You can use only Fill options.
