Hello,
I have a domain that I want to associate with a nicepage site I've uploaded (xxx.nicepage.io) using the desktop builder.

However there is no "Custom Domain" field in the desktop builder and I cannot upload the site to the online builder, as I get "site limit exceeded" when I try to.

How can I apply the custom domain?

Why is using a custom domain not working anymore? I'm using the desktop app and getting a warning message when trying to export the site (Website-Beta):

"Domain must have from 4 to 50 characters and contain alphanumeric and dots."
(see attached)

My custom domain is like: example.net

This was working fine, but I needed to update the site and when uploading again it's not working

Why is using a custom domain not working anymore? It's not a free site, it's paid for.
The site is already uploaded, but there is no "custom domain" field in the nicepage desktop app, like the documents show (see attached).
Does it matter if I use the desktop app or the online app for this purpose?

You need to upload your site to your host and point your domain there.
Free sites can’t assign custom domains.
