With your Personal Edition license you can have 5 websites on your dashboard and are able to publish only one website. But please note, that you shouldn't have any websites on your Online Builder at the same time.
Hence, remove the website from the dashboard of your Online Builder. In the Desktop App unpublish the website and publish it again.

With my personal plan I have five sites to be publish yes I already publish one sity but this is the same site I just make some edit on the site,

Please specify if you've already published any other website from the Nicepage Desktop App or Online Builder? With the Personal Edition license you are allowed to publish one website only.
