Import Wordpress theme

Hello,

i searched for the Problem in this forum and i founded many people with the same problem. All they can't import a wordpress theme created with nicepage back into nicepage dekstop builder.

I think that were a great thing, when you can programm this into the nicepage Builder. You will help many people!

The other thing is... why we cant export a nicepage projekt from website? It's in my opinion the same thing.. ??

Please let me know, when it gives an oppertunity to do this.

Hi Steven,

Please note that in the plug-in on the site you can create the content only, you cannot edit the theme so there is nothing to export to the desktop application. We'll consider your suggestion about the possibility to export content from WP.

Thank you for your answer.

I've this problem, that i had to repair my computer and i had to install new windows. Now my Project is lost :/ Only i had the theme which i have exported.

Hi Steven,

Nicepage Desktop application can work with Nicepage Projects only. They are saved in a specific format and contain a very important file with all project settings. For this reason, the exported website cannot be imported back to the Desktop app.
Nicepage Desktop app saves projects in the system Documents/Nicepage folder. Unfortunately, you cannot restore Desktop projects if you lost this folder and did not make backups by exporting projects.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
