Contact form error when submitting from desktop

Hi,

When submitting the contact form from a browser (tried both chrome and edge) on a desktop - i receive an error. However the same form works fine on a mobile phone - even if i set it to desktop mode.

I have tested this from several different computers - does not work!!

This is rather urgent.

Please provide your project, or temporary access to the admin, in case if you use WordPress or Joomla.
