Can't upload exported site

Hi,

unfortunately I can't upload exported site to Wordpress.
Site includes Theme, Product List, Product Details, Shopping Cart Templates, Pages and Editor Plugin.
Upload size is 19MB. I already checked the max upload size and it should be more than enough

I receive the following message:
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

You help is highly appreciated.

Hi Lutz,

Could you please attach a screenshot of the whole screen of your WP dashboard when the error message appears. Make sure that you are uploading the theme using the Appearance >> Theme >> New >> Upload option and not the Plugin >> New >> Upload setting.
