Ask a Question

Hello to the team, unfortunately I have some problems. The mobile view is never optimized for Google. It never looks the same on the smartphone as in the preview. Nothing changes when I change something in the Portrait Phones view. Also change something in the tablet view and it will work.

You should also think about an export from WordPress. Here you should be able to export the theme from WordPress in order to be able to edit it further on the PC.

Please revise these options.

Hello.

This is huge page builder, so it can't be fully optimized as all features need to be stored in CSS file (even if you don't use most of this features). So we have nicepage.css with more that 1Mb (and this is only CSS...).

OK thanks for the answer. Will it be possible in the future to export themes from WordPress in order to edit them further on the PC?

And how do I update the Nicepage plugin without loading a theme in WordPress?

Hi, Thomas,

Concerning the issues with responsiveness, could you please give us the URL of the website and attach a few screenshots so we could check and compare?

Will it be possible in the future to export themes from WordPress in order to edit them further on the PC?

We hope that it will be implemented in the future, but it is related to many technical difficulties that we can face during the development of this feature.

And how do I update the Nicepage plugin without loading a theme in WordPress?

As I see from the attached screenshot, you mean the White Label plugin, don't you? If yes, please follow this instruction in order to update the White Label theme:
