The contact form displayed a message that the form was sent successfully but it was never received on our email side.
Any idea what the problem might be?

Hi Randy,

Please check the spam folder as well.
Also if you are using the PHP script sending option, please check that the server settings are configured correctly as that is a server task to send e-mails:
