I've purchased a premium license (personal) and I can see a license active in my licenses but I still can't export my project and it is telling me I don't have a license. What do I do?

I've purchased a premium license (personal) and I can see a license active in my licenses but I still can't export my project and it is telling me I don't have a license. What do I do?
