NOINDEX directive problem with adding website on yahoo search

I'm trying to add my website www.abilojoinery.co.uk to yahoo, bing search but shows site has NOINDEX directive. Microsoft team explains how to uncheck it on Wordpress but on Nicepage there no such option. Can you help with this problem? If not then I need some instruction to avoid such problem and add to my website on yahoo search.

Could you please set the abilojoinery.co.uk link as the page canonical link under the Page Properties >> SEO.
Does the issue continue?
