Then it’s a problem setting up the keys.
V3 is terrible anyway. Google handles it and doesn’t block anything.
I went back to using a third party form and it works fine.

So you have received the reCaptcha v3 keys for the exact domain that you have, added them in the site settings, published the site and the reCaptcha badge does not appear at the bottom of your live page?

Ok, I did get the reCaptcha badge to show but when the reCaptcha badge shows I get a "Unable to send your message. Please fix errors then try again." error. Removing the reCaptcha keys results in a successful submission.

Please check again the reCaptcha keys, maybe you entered them incorrectly (made a mistake).
Try to regenerate the keys, make sure that the keys are for this domain.

It is also possible that when developing a site you often open, refresh the page, test the form and reCaptcha considers this Spam and blocks the form from submitting

Did as you suggested and regen'd the keys. They are cut and pasted. Same issue.
