Adding a menu to a NP template downloaded

I downloaded a template ID19116 and would like to know how I can add a menu to it. Whatever I try it says "You cannot add a menu to a a block." But I see the template does not have a header. I also would like to add a footer

Please could you point me in the right direction.

Hi Julie,

Please uncheck the hide option for header and footer on the right panel >> Page tab:

hide-header--footer.png
