Dear Support

Sunday - Added this question - What are the working hours of nicepage support?

Good Day, I suspect that Support is in the US ? Am I right? So that in the future I am able to refer to You on a correct timeframe!

Question

My hosting provider is Wealthy Affiliate, and uses WordPress ... I had previously installed the NP plug in!

  1. Should I develop the website on the NP WordPress Desktop solution/platform, and then import it?
  2. Should I develop the website on the NP WordPress Online platform, and then import it?
  3. Or shall I just go ahead and work on my sites, via the hosted NP PLUG IN on the WordPress with in my hosting platform?

Please assist me in the best option and recommendation; Wealthy Affiliate gave a GREEN LIGHT

It’s always better to first design your theme and pages using the Nicepage desktop app, then export it to WordPress, so you can have a local copy on your machine.

Your Nicepage Personal Edition license includes the Nicepage desktop app and CMS plugins, so you’ll be able to work and export from the Nicepage desktop app.

Hi Paulo,

We have a shared command that works in different time frames so we can answer questions from our customers as soon as we can. But please note that we normally have 1-3 business days for the reply but this time may be increased for the complex technical issues.
