Hi community.
I am using Nicepage mostly for static sites.
Reading through the contents I cannot find a clear way to insert HTML into elements (other than the HTML element) or edit in code view.
Is that even possible anywhere? Older threads suggest no, and "no way" from Nicepage staff.
I get the corporate point of solidness and coherence within the application, but allowing zero code editing makes more skilled users fall short after the wonderful things NP can achieve.
Editing published pages out of NP is not very sustainable...
2 simple examples:
- Insert FAQ > Edit headers (question) > Edit body (answer)
Yes it allows rich content, but it is like using Wordpress' classic editor WITHOUT code view.
Skilled users lose many chances to improve the performance of the content to a designed goal.
- SCHEMA!!
Inserting Schema as JSON-LD scripts is achievable but RDFa is my choice for some cases. Even Microformat could be considered but actually is not a standard issue but a platform issue. Just can't edit the code and NP won't do it for me/us.
Thanks in advance
Ricard
