Particles Effect using HTML element

Good day,

I tried following your advise, to find a particle effect with only HTML and CSS (and not java)

i found these examples:

but when i tried putting them in the HTML element, nothing happens?

does nicepage support SCSS?

Try adding the code in Page Settings >> HTML >> Additional Header HTML
