Can't load or find webpage

Good morning,
I have started creating a webpage a few weeks ago, on mac. The app usually opens up on the webpage but it can't seem to load it anymore. It's frozen on a "Loading..." screen. I have waited but nothing is happening. I also tried to update it but I can't click anywhere. I tried finding it on the online website builder, but it isn't there either. How can I find it without losing anything?

Hello,

Please open Developers Console and check the error message you have, use this keyboard shortcut: Cmd + Option + J
Send here the screenshots of the errors.

Hello, the sortcut doesn't work. Any other way I could access it ?

Hello,

What application is not working correctly?
If the issue with Online Builder, to open the developer console window on Chrome, use the keyboard shortcut CtrlOptionJ (on Mac).
Alternatively, you can use the Chrome menu in the browser window, select the option "More Tools," and then select "Developer Tools."
To open the console on Safari, you will first need to turn on the Develop menu. To do this, open the Safari menu in the Mac menu bar, then select Preferences.

If the issue is with desktop application -To open the console on the Mac desktop app, click "Help" in the Mac menu bar, then select "Developer Tools". This will open the developer console in a new window.
