Sorry to bother with this argument again, but... You really should demonopolize main color set and aditional colors too! That´s kind of a boring and frustrating restrinction, and more now that gradients and other things can be applied playing with colors in websites. I think Nicepage Builder is the only website builder or even graphics creation app/software that´s doing that. Maybe I should investigate if it´s even legal to do and let you know :P jaja I mean, I love so many things that NP Builder let me do, but about "colors" it´s irritating. Those color´s restrinctions is like having a child that you love but don´t behave in public and you wish you could spank.
Why do you feel good about offering some poor and not as well funny yet totally different color sets (all look almost the same) for default into an app/software that you keep developing for designers, you say? We love to play with colors! Don´t be so mean.
For example: let´s say you let us choose the 5 main palette colors and the 5 aditional colors as we wish... Then we could (as I like to do) choose brighter or clearer colors for main palette and darker versions of those colors as aditional color palette, so we can create gradients for backgrounds or shades for buttons and other design elements and it would look simply cool.
I´ll upload an image explaining how you restrain me (us designers).
Other thing, is that each color in main color set have their own tone variants which aditional colors doesn´t :S How cheap you are :P
